The Family Investment Trust's name was changed to The Family and Community Trust on April 2, 2001. Click here to read the text of the executive order.

Missouri's system reform initiative is guided by a common mission (measured by progress toward six core results), four guiding principles, and four systems change policy directions.

These form Missouri's framework for change. This Web site provides information and resources to help bring about this change.

Decade of Difference Celebration

Governor Blunt hosted the FACT Board and Partnership staff at a luncheon held in honor of the their 10th anniversary "Celebrating a Decade of Difference."  The event was held on December 13, 2005.
