IEL also hosts a Policy Exchange with information on Accountability and results; Partnerships across levels of government; Connecting reforms across sectors; and Connecting research to public policies and programs. Hand in Hand: Parents, Schools & Communities United for Kids Promotes parental involvement in education and works closely with community groups to help parents reconnect with the promises and opportunities of their children's education. The Child & Family Policy Center Established to better links research and policy on issues vital to children and families, and to advocate for outcome-based policies to improve child well-being. The National Center for Service Integration (NCSI) Publications In June, 1995, the Child and Family Policy Center assumed responsibility to disseminate the publications produced by NCSI. Although federal funding for NCSI has ended, NCSI will continue to produce resource briefs, guidebooks, and other publications on issues communities and states face in developing more comprehensive, community-based service systems.
